Our doctoral program is based on the TU Wien Doctoral School. This standardized and well-established program includes courses to the extent of 18 ECTS points. These points come from fundamental and area courses as well as from complementary courses on either VA or CV – depending on the previous knowledge of the student.

The program extends the TU Wien Doctoral School to a trans-institutional program where students will gain a more diverse methodological basis and experience in applied and basic research perspectives.     
 
To foster interdisciplinarity, candidates with a Master in digital humanities are also eligible to apply.
